Open to legal U.S. residents only. Entrants must be 21 years or older. Only one entry per person allowed. Extra entries will be discarded. Must have valid email and street address — no P.O. boxes accepted. Winner will be required to provide proof of eligibility. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Employees, officers, directors of ClearwaterBeach.com and all advertising and sweepstakes agencies, their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Previous winners of our Win a Free Trip to Clearwater Beach for Two Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes.
Deadlines, Winner Selection and Notification to Winner
Entries must be received by August 15, 2015. Winner will be randomly selected from all entries received on or around August 25, 2014. Winner will be notified by phone and email. Confirmed winner will be posted on this website as soon as possible.

Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
Prizes and Values
Round-trip coach airfare to Clearwater Beach for two people will be provided from any major U.S. airport (maximum limit of $1,000 for each round-trip fare). The approximate retail value for both fares is $900. Travel insurance is not included. Travel must be completed by November 30, 2014. Some blackout dates for accommodations may apply, based on availability. The approximate retail value of the two consecutive-night stay at is $895. The approximate retail value of the meal cards is $200. The approximate retail value of the sunset cruise $75. The approximate total retail value of all prizes is $2,070. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are nontransferable and are not valid with any other offer. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and surcharges for all prizes. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of comparable value in the event that a prize is not available at the time of redemption.
Promotional Release
Winner will be required (except where prohibited by law) to complete and sign a waiver allowing the use of his/her name and/or image in all future promotions of ClearwaterBeach.com, including (but not limited to) promotions in print, digital publications and on our websites, as related to this sweepstakes.

Causes for Disqualification and Alternate Winner
Falsifying any information in an entry or the required proof-of-eligibility documents will disqualify the entry for that person. Failure to provide proof of eligibility, failure to respond to at least one of the notification methods within 72 hours (three days) of notification, and inability to claim the prizes will result in an alternate winner being randomly selected from the remaining entrants and could delay the announcement of the winner. Attempts to hack, tamper with, damage, divert or disrupt the online entry process are grounds for disqualification and could result in legal action being taken against the perpetrators. If we feel that the online entry system has been compromised, we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue it. Entry by U.S. mail will remain in effect.
Governing Law
By entering, entrant agrees that all issues regarding these rules, their validity and their enforcement, as well as the rights and obligations of the sponsors and entrants, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of Florida (except where prohibited by law). All suits or claims brought in connection with this sweepstakes must be brought in a state or federal court in Clkearwater, Florida.
